Classes are held on Monday evenings beginning promptly at 6:30pm.
Cost: $60/seat includes demonstration, recipes, tastes and wine!

Monday 6 March—Brunch!
Yes we built our business on Brunch. Lets learn to prepare some of our favorites (we might take a few liberties at dinnertime)! Chourico Hash, Baked French Toast, Mediterranean Breakfast with marinated Tomatoes and grilled Bread, Hollandaise sauce, Dutch Baby with fresh fruit.
Monday 27 March—Clams and Mussels and Cioppino, oh my!
We will celebrate mussels and clams and have a great time doing so! Learn to make Steamed Mussels with Shallots and Creme Fraiche, grilled Clams with Dill Oreganato, our take on Linguini alle Vongole, and Roasted Cioppino with Clams, Mussels and Scallops. Dessert will be served.
**NEW!!** Monday 10 April 2017—Pasta Boot Camp
Learn to make the basics of the Italian Pasta Sauce Repertoire: Pomodoro, Amatriciana, Carbonara, Arrabiata, Pesto. Taste the Dolce Vita! And learn that you dont need to rely on jarred sauce again. Favolosa! Oh we will serve a nice Crunchy Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette to go with all of the pasta! Plus Joe will share tips on which pasta to buy and where to buy it!

We might have fresh local asparagus! In any event please join us as we celebrate Spring. Learn to make a delicious Asparagus Sformato, the great Venetian dish Risi e Bisi with fresh peas and pancetta, first of the season Spinach Salad with shards of smoked Trout, Shallot-Creme Fraiche Dressing, Blueberry Turnovers with Lemon-Yogurt Sauce

It’s almost Memorial Day and for our last class until the Fall we are making a dinner that is almost all cooked outside a la minute. Grilled Calamari with Arugula Salad, Grilled Crostino with marinated Tomatoes and Chèvre, Grilled marinated Flank Steak with grilled Vegetables and Balsamic Vinegar, Strawberry-Rhubarb Crostata
